Help us with Set-Up on Friday, May 2, 2025.

Help us Saturday, May 3, 2025, with side-quests, Day Games, Queens Court, Queens Feast, Runners, Trash pick-up, porta-pota cleanliness, Security, Gate, Ball/Dance, Crafting Workshops and more.

Volunteers must wear costume/fantasy wear throughout the event. For more information or any questions and to sign up for volunteering fill out the form below.

May 4 is for tear-down and micro-trashing. We love to leave a site cleaner than we found it!
